They changed how they prepare the food and portions have been downsized. Meal are not being checked when they are picked up because orders are wrong. My last Mexican restaurant charged a .99 to go fee without disclosing it on the menu or the sign at the cashier. I refused to pay. I said so on the online review. Their reply was insulting. Does this place charge a Togo fee or for a credit card without disclosing it? I haven’t bee by there but I am looking for a New Mexican restaurant

The beef burritos were 999999999999/10. The service was amazing. I go there all the time, and I love their food sooooo much. Parking: Every time I go there are 3+ parking spots always available. Kid-friendliness: They have the best food choices even for kids. I had a bone the size of my pointer finger in my chicken. Pulled it out of my mouth once it cut me. Thank goodness my child didn’t get that bite. After we sent the food back the staff would no longer wait on us. They wouldn’t even bring our check while they sat right next to us talking. We won’t be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were in town for the big geocaching event but we were staying in Bowling Green. The food options in Bowling Green we already knew were all pretty much chain restaurants, so we wanted something better before we left Owensboro. We found El Tucan and it was absolutely perfect and I'm so glad we happen to find it in her search online! The food was really excellent, the service was very attentive and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Thanks to everyone at El Tucan, wishing you continued great success!
