Taco Bell - Owens Cross Roads

The food was good but I had to go back through the drive-thru because of missing items, but in their defense, they were low on staff and the crew seemed to be in teen to early 20's. Plus when I went back through to get my items, they were so polite.

This taco bell is SO MUCH better than the last one. There's actually meat on their tacos instead of the 1/4tsp they would give you (if you're lucky) from the old location. The drive through is very clean and fast, everyone wears their masks and gloves and there's no contact at the window. The drive thru lady is always so nice!

Location doesn’t appear to serve breakfast which is irritating especially since they are now just Taco Bell and Taco Bell’s now serve breakfast.

They was packed but drive thru was quick i got home and my ? was not in there it was disappointing cuz i ordered extra meat

Drive through window cashier not wearing a mask. Not once but twice upon two visits to this store only four days apart. I asked the employee about wearing his mask and he replied that he can't breath. I did call the AL Dept. of Health and was told an inspector will be sent. I doubt it though.
