Little Caesars Pizza - Owasso

Customer service sucks. Amanda the manager could not do a simple refund. Worst system ever. The warmer for the pick up is so small and doesn’t even fit everything. Never had a good customer service experience here. Our pizza weren’t cut up either. Owner needs to replace workers.

Nobody’s trained at there craft . Waited 30 minutes to receive my order. In the middle of the rush the manager left to pick up her kids. I heard her say that. This is not how a great franchise runs there franchise . This store needs supervision .

Went to little Caesars to pick up dinner this evening. Got a comedy show and yummy pizza and threw in an extra crazy sauce for the wait. Can’t complain too much.

Wanted to take the time to say, if you are wanting to know if this particular location is doing any better than it was in the short past, the answer is a resounding yes. Jason and the crew there have made some changes for the better! There was a time before when waiting for a hot and fresh could take you up to 30mins to get on a walk-in. My order today was hot, loaded with toppings and exactly on time for our party! Thank you!

I am more than pleased with the service and quality of food from Little Caesars owasso! Very professional and had my food made quick and fresh!!
