A huge scream to the Deli staff! Yesterday I picked up a hot chicken tablet for my daughter's birthday party for my daughter's birthday party, but when I came home and broke the tender box out of the car at the bottom and hit all the road. Since the party was less than an hour from the start, I called the Deli and asked if they could prepare another batch of offers in time and told them what happened. They assured me they were ready. When I arrived, they were done and they told me there was no charge. You made my day that I didn't expect any discounts and especially no fee. Thanks for shopping a pleasure!

Shout out to TimTevin Store Mgr, StacyLosgar Asst Stor Mgr, DavidBover Customer Service Mgr, KachinaDowling Asst Customer Service Mgr and all Department and Asst Department Managers. I have lived near and been shopping at your store for five years. You run the best retail store I have ever been to. All Publix experiences are good....but there is NONE that comes close to the level of customer service that you nurture with your staff and provide to your customers. I 've recently moved and have three stores within 2 miles. They are great stores with kind people. But when I was shopping late on a Wednesday, and the sales signs were changing I wasn 't sure what was on sale and what wasn 't. Staff was busy and didn 't notice my struggles and I didn 't interrupt them. All I could think was, if I was at University of Palms store there would be someone offering to walk me around the store and show me what 's on sale. Which by the way is not a realistic expectation, but the level of service I have become accustomed to by shopping at your store. I could shop at Aldis or Walmart but Tim and his team know how to win customers. I have managed teams as large as 1700 people and getting everybody on board with winning attitudes is not easy, but it all starts from the top. And when I talk to team members at your store Tim, they all point right to your leadership. The management team at University of Palms is the best, most effective management team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. And the natural consequence of that management is an amazing team of employees who seemingly live, eat, and breathe to make customers happy and wanting to shop not just at Publix, but at THIS Publix. Congratulations Tim and team! You get it right EVERY day and I for one will drive the extra 5 miles to have the pleasure of shopping at YOUR store. Publix needs to make TimTevin the National Customer Service Training Manager! You 're already an awesome retail chain....imagine The possibilities if every store ran like his??? I 'm a customer on a mission. I want Publix to hear me shout....TIM TEVIN FOR PUBLIX PRESIDENT!!!!!!
Got Chinese lunch for three, Bourbon Chicken and fried rice, eggroll, spring roll, Curry Chicken and vegetables and fried rice, fried plantains, Chicken Mushrooms w Lo-Mein, egg roll, Spring roll Total 30.87 for 3 hearty meals. Sunday March 5th at 1pm food looked good and tasted great from the steam table.
