They didn't have my food ready when I told them that I was going to be there and they when they made my sandwich it had nothing on it except for the meat and cheese and I told them I wanted mayonnaise and mustard on it, it was the worst visit I ever had there

Recent food shrinkage and decline in quality leaves this place far from worth the cost.Used to be a great place to get a sandwich, but the last time I ordered a medium sub the sandwich was less than 2/3rds the size of previous orders. I don't mean toppings either; the bread was sized much smaller than the container, which usually perfectly fits the medium. Price was the same though.On top of that, the philly steak tasted like something that had been packaged in a factory and reheated at the store instead of cooked at the store. Very tough and barely any flavor.

Wow, the reviews were correct. Not only is the service terrible, but the food could be better. I have loved Firehouse because of the quality and personalized touch. In the early 2000s, this was my go-to, but after walking into the Oviedo store, this is my never go-to or enemy. The staff was kind but super high and no attention to detail. I have read the reviews, and I thought it was just people being nasty, but nope, they are all true. My sandwich was cold, and there needed to be more discussion on how I would like my sandwich or even the attempt to upsell. The bread was hard, and the meat was 7-11 at its best quality. The worst thing is that you could barely see through the establishment because they have enough cooking equipment for a larger facility but have the equipment for one of their smaller stores without any ventilation. City Of Oviedo... We put great local businesses out of commission for signs, but what about horrible customer service and food quality? OVIEDO raises the bar on all levels.

The place was not busy at all. Yet somehow. A sandwich shop that only makes sandwiches. Put my to go order together. And when I got home. The bread was all burnt. So I unfortunately spent good money for a sandwich that was not edible by the time I got home. Very disappointed.
