Chick-fil-a - Oviedo

I went to this place on Tuesday at noon and they were extremely busy. There were two car lines outside, the inner restaurant was full and Elijah people made orders were also full. There were three people in front of me in the online pick-up area. I have the opportunity to notice the staff, the leadership through their manager and despite how busy it was, they all appeared extremely quiet and organized. The manager not only took orders, delivered them and otherwise served customers, he even asked every customer if they wanted to drink something if they didn't already have a drink. I was very impressed! It would be very nice of all the managers who would be so chipped if their employees were so busy. Kudos to him!

Best lemonade for hot days and of course the chicken sandwich that is already gone, I even have a little hand sanitizing wipe, they are the best.

On the commemorative day we were closed at 720 and at 8 p.m. The checkout informed us that they close early, cool no worries just eat and go. Well, then we waited for our food, another employee came by to inform us they closed today at 8:00... yes, the cashier told me three minutes ago. Then the same employee came back about 12 minutes later when I finally got my food and said that we close at 8 but if you want to finish your food, that's okay... then came back at 8 and informed us that they were closed so that we had to finish our food... I had 30 pieces of nugget, waited for my food and wanted to eat it. The same employee came back every 2 minutes and stared at what I had left to eat every pass he made. Listen, I close you early, I don't try to keep you, but I had to wait 15 minutes for my nuggets and would like to eat them while still fresh and not after the 25-minute drive home indicates me. This employee was annoying and annoying, so I won't lie that I took my time to finish my food because he wanted to come on to inform us several times and then take things off the table... good food, bad respect for a paying customer. Will not return to this place after this...

Last Monday, 23rd May, my daughters and I stopped for dinner. It was the usual at 7:30. On the trip thru, we ordered. The young man who took our order was kind. The next young girl paid. My order was confused with another customer, the same name. No problem, although the payment problem is fixed. We were given the wrong order at the window, but no problem again, because they made a fresh order within less than 5 minutes, and then the meal was compiled by inconvenience, but that was not necessary. The individual on the window was extremely professional and accommodating! I couldn't stop fleing the service that night. Thanks? always wonderful customer service and delicious, high-quality food!!

The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, and it can get super buay on the weekends.
