Panera Bread - Overland Park

Rapid pickup had most of the orders behind the counter. Food was good but not where I expected it since the app said on the shelf near the door.

Good menu. Minus two stars for staff deficiencies and cleanliness.

Ugh, so much for a quiet lunch. No sweet tea, as ordered...just stuff that didn't make a great experience.

Several elements were not available, but given the current situation that is understandable. the personal sprudelte music in the kitchen and the face timing on loudspeaker that was strange. the total cleaning was missing something. parking space: lots of parking

Paneras employees are so rude and dismayable. I came in with my friend and they gave us dirty look all the time and laughed at me when I asked for soft bread behind the writing. if I would stare this store zero.
