Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Food is excellent and servers are very kind. However I’ve been here twice and both times we waiting an exceptionally long time for food without explanation.

Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal, from the onion rings, to the bread, to my wife's KC Strip and backed potato, to my Impossible burger and Caesar's salad. Highly recommend it

My wife got the Shrimp filet and there was a piece of hair hanging from the Shrimp. While I had the Lobster fondue Salmon that was EXTREMELY salty and dry, they then brought a new one out that was literally raw in the middle as shown in the photo.......... I was then told that's simply “how they cook it,” and the best they could do in response to the overcooked one that was first served. I guess raw and cold in the middle is the best alternative, charging the same prices as places like J. Alexan … – show

Great food and service. Everything we ate was amazing.

Our client dinner was great. The wait staff provided excellent service for our large group. Food was tasty and enjoyable. Look forward to my next visit.
