To start, this restaurant is not following Covid guidelines properly. The waiters were not wearing masks correctly and were transferring sauces from table to table without care. Additionally, the mussels we ordered were not fresh and were gritty with a bland sauce. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waiter, they did not take us seriously. The service was also terrible, with waiters running away in the middle of taking our order and not acknowledging us when we were trying to pay. When I tried to talk to the owner about my concerns, I was brushed off and even told to leave. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant before.

I have never experienced such poor treatment in a restaurant before.

We received subpar service, with waiters running away in the middle of taking our order and bringing an empty ketchup bottle when requested. When attempting to pay, we were repeatedly ignored by the staff. When I voiced my concerns to the owner, I was initially dismissed as being "crazy". This level of disrespect and incompetence in a restaurant is unacceptable.

Never have I been treated like this in a restaurant!
