Las Palmas Grill - Ottumwa

Stopped here passing through town for authentic Mexican food. It did not disappoint. Food was very reasonably price, flavors were authentic and flavorful. Ambiance lacked a bit. This is a night club clearly servicing food out of a kitchen. Tables and booths were very spread out and distant from serving area. Every thing felt a bit sticky from being a night club. I would probably get the food to go next time. Service was excellent and we didn't know what all the dishes were but the staff was very patient with us and explained what the food was. I would definitely recommend this place as the food was 5 star!!!

First time here, ordered some tacos. Service is good, food is tasty. They are saving on illumination, the place is dark. A recent newspaper review of restaurants in town listed this place on the first place for numerous safety violations!

Palmas is my family’s favorite place to eat in town, my fave is their torta de pollo.

I got 3 street tacos they were so delicious will definitely be going there again loved it

Chicken tacos were good, slightly dry but otherwise yummy!
