Willy's Pizza - Ottawa

At first, the service was good, but our pizza arrived with the wrong toppings. We called to request a replacement, and while they did send us a new pizza, the quality was absolutely awful. It seemed as though they had intentionally made it that bad. So if they mess up your order, don't expect them to fix it without causing a fuss.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious with a great traditional style.

I order here often, food is great prices are good. Their pizza can be doughy occasionally.

Pizza has gone downhill at the Merivale store. It used to be great. Now it’s very average. The Willys in Kanata is so much better. Please go back to the way you used to be.

Ordered Willys tonight for my son, daughter in law, grandkids and myself. It came exactly when they said and it was delicious. My 3 year old grandson is a picky eater and said “Nana…this is the best pizza”. So there you have it. Thank you!
