Starbucks Coffee Company - Ottawa

Sure. I visited this restaurant for their coffee, and I was not disappointed. The coffee shop offers a variety of drinks that I'm sure are all great, but since I only had coffee, I cannot comment on the rest.

The staff at this restaurant are impolite. I understand that they may be busy, but it is early and people are not fully awake yet. It would be appreciated if they showed some empathy and understanding towards customers.

I had the best experience when I visited the location today.I am staying in a hotel nearby with my dog and was feeling very uncomfortable leaving him alone in a room. We walked past the Starbucks and I really wanted some breakfast, so I poked my head in and asked if I could please give them my order from the door because I know dogs are not allowed. Then the supervisor on shift, or the manager of the store one-upped me. She asked if she could please just take my sweet boy (who is is also a pretty big boy) outside and wait with him while I order.I don't know if they realized but they caught me in a really tough morning having a really hard moment and this could've been the make or break point of the day.Thank you so much.

The service here is pretty inconsistent. You will sometimes have staff that are super friendly, seem to enjoy working while others seem to be there just for the paychecks and can't wait for their day to be over. Surprisingly, today I even had a barista critique my order to another barista while I was waiting for it. Nice way of making customers feel welcomed.

I went here in fursuit and was still treated with respect. Amazing vibes and chill employees
