Shawarma Station - Ottawa

Extremely disappointed with the Family Meal. Not sure who they are catering to because this is NOT Lebanese food. The kebabs were disgusting.. the meat smelled like a farm, some pieces were overcooked and some still red. We ended up giving the meat to the...dog... Fattoush was cut up veggies with a handful of crisp bread (dressing was a concoction of fat and sumac). Hummous was canned. Not sure what we paid almost for- Never, ever again.

Horrible and rude staff, they charged twice amd when you go to dispute it they flat out deny and blame you for cheating them and make a huge scene in an attempt to embarass you and make you leave, when they are the ones stealing...from you. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE FILTHY AND RUDE AND STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS!!

The food is pricey and doesn't taste good I don't advise any body to go there the chicken look old and dry

Located at the South end of Bank street, lots of free parking. In recent years this area has seem an explosion of Middle Eastern restaurants. This one has both great food, and massive serving sizes. The staff are nice, and honest enough to tell you...what can and cant be prepared in minutes. I tried the chicken platter, and it was enough food for two adults. Everything was delicious. The quality is so good, I cant possibly say this is Cheap Eats because it well priced, and they have massive servings. Great location for families with many children !

If I could give a 0 I would. That wasn’t the case before, shawarma station was our go to place for my family. Spent at least a month here for the past few years. Not anymore. Today we ordered from them, and we pieces of hair in our family pack. We called to complain, and they got very hostile and defensive. They then agreed to for us to come in and bring it in. To my surprise once my family member came in they told them to come to the back, and began to yell at them saying that “ they know we faked this so we can get a free meal”. !!!!! How rude!! Insinuating that we are lying for a free meal! WHICH WE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T EVEN finish because of the hair!! I still can’t believe the customer service and how they said that to us. If I can go back in time, I wouldn’t have continued to support this restaurant or telling my friends and family about it. This is really upsetting. From now on if I ever want Shawarma I will go anywhere but here, even if it means I have to drive far away! Customer service and cleanliness matters.
