Pizza Pizza - Ottawa

Definitely a language barrier and 100% not trained staff. Took the guy about 10 minutes to punch in three medium pizzas. Staff doesn’t know how to make a Hawaiian and you have to tell them. Then they proceed to forget the pineapples after they make it. I knew something was up when they didn’t show the box. Luckily, I opened the box and checked, and they were indeed missing pineapples. When I told the cook, she told me pineapples go on a Hawaiian in a confused look. Pizza was not that good. Please train your staff, it’s obvious the people working the night of the 19th had little to no training

Apparently I can't give a 0 rating. Stop wasting customers time. Get off the Too good to go app. I purchased food. Went to pick it up and they said it was cancelled. So no food ready. Had to get a refund.

Always get the same guy with my walk in specials. Service with a smile. Haven't had a bad experience at the Manotick location. PIZZA!!

Went to this pizza pizza location for lunch. Wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting , there was nobody that works there even in the building. Would have been nice if they closed the store.
