McDonald's - Ottawa

I had another enjoyable experience at this restaurant, the service was fairly quick. However, the burger I ordered was served cold.

I was at the restaurant last night and greeted by the manager, who was incredibly friendly and provided great service.

I have always had a positive experience at this restaurant. The service is fast and friendly, and it is less of a hangout spot compared to the other Barrhaven location.

This is a great place for the family during the day, but don't go at night because it is run by teenagers and is very rowdy with teenagers throwing things around, making a mess, and the language is deplorable. No sense complaining the the manager as he or she is not much older that the rowdies and they just shrug their shoulders.

I don't normally feel compelled to review a fast food joint, let alone a mini-sized McDonalds attached to a Quickie and a gas station but my experience on Good Friday changed that. We were greeted with a big smile and hello from a boy who was washing the floor. Then we were served at the counter by a blond boy (KS) who was so professional and courteous. He was efficient as the only counter staff at the time. Our poutine was hot and tasty. The McFlurry was great and the bathroom was clean (although one of the doors wouldn't lock). When we left we the same boy who'd been washing the floor had now moved onto emptying the garbage. He bid us goodbye and thanked us. Well done.
