Worst service ever for delivery, not recommending at allusually it take an hour to receive your

I have eaten here before, but Harvey's is not one of the chains I frequent regularly. Came here a bit hungry and got an Angus burger combo. I wanted onion rings and to try the new blueberry shake. Upgrade to blueberry shake $1 instead of $0.40 price differential, and the onion rings barely made it to side of the box and a very small portion.. if I had known, I would have selected fries. The burger was decent but nothing to write about being worth going put of your way for it. Blueberry shake was the best part of the meal.For the price paid, value for money wise, I would have prefer to go to a local burger joint and had a freshly made hamburger with sweet potato fries..
