Festival Japan - Ottawa

The Festival of Japan is a fantastic place to unwind with family and friends. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful dining and relaxation experience.

I love Festival Japan's food and staff. We recently celebrated a business Christmas party with over 65 people there, and the meals were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. We also brought out-of-town guests and enjoyed a private authentic Japanese room with a hot pot dinner. Our guests were very satisfied and happy with the experience. Thank you to Owner Samantha for her amazing customer service and friendliness!

I had the pleasure of dining at Festival Japan two weeks ago during my visit to Ottawa, Canada. Samantha Liu provided us with excellent service at her restaurant, treating us like royalty. She is not only sweet but also beautiful. We enjoyed some incredibly fresh sushi, followed by delicious crispy shrimp tempura with perfectly cooked batter, a grilled salmon dinner, and a tender and flavorful teriyaki sirloin with just the right amount of sauce. If you are a lover of Japanese cuisine and visiting Ottawa, this place is a hidden gem on Kent Street! Thank you for the exceptional service, ambiance, and food.

Really friendly service, great quality of food, and reasonable prices! I went with a few friends on Sat March 5, 2016 and enjoyed some lovely live jazz too. The atmosphere was relaxing and not to mention, the design of the restaurant was lovely! Great first experience, definitely coming back!
