Dairy Queen (treat) - Ottawa

Excellent service and order didn't take very long. Its always clean and also the workers are very friendly. It's peaceful and quiet in there so you can enjoy your order. I HIGHLY recommended it without question.

I never really had DQ growing up, so it's actually a treat for me when I go. The DQ in Westboro is clean and typically has a customer or two whenever I've gone in. The service is always prompt and you don't have to wait long to receive an order, even with a line out the door. The ice cream is just as it should be, holds a a curl when flipped upside-down. You can enjoy your ice cream cone, Blizzard, hot dog, and now sandwiches inside at a window seat or outside in the heart of Westboro.

This location is always efficient, never had to return an order or ask for a refund. The employees seem stressed and it may be just life and the economy as I'm sure they aren't paid much. For that being considered, they're still friendly and super helpful

On August 2, 2023 at around 8:30 I ordered a banana split at this Dairy Queen. It came with melted ice cream hardly any toppings and no whipped cream or maraschino cherry. When I worked there we even put chopped nuts on them. This was the most dissatisfying banana split I have ever ordered

It was pretty fine as far as DQs go. The ice cream machine or making process seemed to be rushed or overwhelmed causing the ice to not be as cooled as it should be and then melting almost immediately after being served. They take Amex which is also a plus in my books but one is probably better off grabbing some high quality grocery store product instead.Edit: @DQ, that link just goes to your general Contact Us page... I've shared my review fix the issues if you want, or don't but don't pretend like your reply here accomplishes anything. It's not on your customers to teach your company how to store and serve your product.
