Little Caesars Pizza - Ottawa

Wanted a medium Canadian pizza made fresh just for me. Lady at counter pulled out a cold pizza from behind her and said here you go that will be 28 dollars. I was floored by this action and asked them to make me a new fresh pizza. They would not. Never going there again.

The regurlar pizzas are smaller than the ones next store in the U.S. The food also didn't seem to be as good quality as the stuff found in some other places. Wheelchair accessibility: It is somewhat accessible when using wheelchairs although it is tight and the doors have to be opened manually. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Unfortunately, i used to enjoy their pizza.. but over the months the pizza has gone from bad to worse, with tough dough, an unpleasant smell, and a disgusting taste. The owner of this entity must return to its previous era. I will never return to this place again Food: 1

Friend and I walked in at 5:30, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza (hot and ready pick up item, none on shelf, totally fine) friend ordered BBQ chicken stuffed crust. We paid and were told it would be a 15 minute wait as it wasn’t busy at the time. Didnt get asked our names, didn’t think much of it. Waited 15 mins and went back in to pick it up, neither order was ready, yet they recognized us from when we ordered. Stood inside to wait, watched 4 different orders be placed at the till and come out before ours. Asked about our order and was told there was a mix up and ours would be ready shortly. Another 15 minutes go by and the BBQ chicken order was ready, then after another 10 minutes (and being told there was another mix up) I finally got my pizza. All in all inaccurate time estimates, terrible communications poor quality of service. Just got home to eat and pizza was undercooked and soaked in grease.
