Every once in a while, there will be a loud banging noise while you eat that is the sound of fresh noodles being made. They have a huge menu so it's hard to choose, but go for the hand pulled noodles it's what they're known for. For about $10 for a medium sized bowl, you get a generous portion of noodles with various meats and broth. Very good value and good quality to match.
New fav craving place the biang biang noodles are really good. The Dan Dan noodles are alright, but would prefer sesame paste instead of the sweet peanut butter. Great variety on the menu. Place needs a little bit of upkeep, the booths are worn down a little bit and the bathrooms could be cleaner.
The handpulled noodles here were delicious! The broth was made very well and portions were generous. We also ordered the shanxi rougamo and it was full of flavor and the Chinese kale with chicken was very fresh : Overall a good dining experience!
We were seated and served quickly by friendly staff. The handmade noodles were delicious. I got the braised beef broth which had delightful pieces of radish in it. The chicken was too spicy for me, but my partner enjoyed it.
