Placed an order of over $100 using Uber, one item was missing, the other two had human hair in it. Called them and the manager or owner said bring the food back and we replace it for you. The person totally lack common sense that what’s the use of ubering the food if I had to do the food pick and drop service. One item was not there at all. Ruined the evening and nothing of any use with edo. Will never go back. Pathetic services, rude staff stay away if you don’t want to ruin your evening. Use to enjoy going here a few years ago, nice staff and atmosphere is fine. However, the food here is just not it at all, barely any flavor with the chicken teryaki and rice that I had and even with teryaki sauce it still didn't taste good. It's also pretty pricy now ever since inflation and stuff. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you are looking for japanese takeout. Quality is going down hill... The chicken terriyaki used to be so good! Now the chicken is dry and broken little pieces... So sad.. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It wasn't for me. I'm sure some people like it, but the stir fry tasted as though no one had been cleaning the grill between what they were cooking, which would really scare someone with a seafood allergy. It wasn't horrible but the teriyaki sauce they use is cheap and tastes as though it has too much artificial smoke in it. Just not to my liking, but I cannot speak for their entire menu.
