Asian Bistro - Ottawa

I ordered using their website for delivery and after waiting for about 40 minutes I called to check in; They told me no drivers came in today and that I would need to come pick it up.I was charged the moment I placed my order which included delivery fee and tip for the driver $5). I asked for a refund and the worker told me they didn't know how, or couldn't it was unclear...I even offered to come in the next day to get a refund sorted; the worker just told me it was already made and implored I just come in to pick it up. Which is not currently an option given I'm sick right now, which was the whole purpose of ordering in.Honestly I'm not sure what's going to happen next, they are either trying to find a driver or I'm just screwed out of about $50...

Ordered General Tso Chicken, which usually comes with rice but cane with nothing.. I found something in the chicken (Worm Like), that I pointed out to the server who did nothing, nor did the owner/chef.Very disappointed in the service and quality of food.

Had the crispy beef and satay chicken fried noodles. Both were delicious. Staff was super attentive and kind. Would recommend 10/10

Superb value for your money. Portions are slightly larger than normal as well. Would only recommend the combo for one and combo for three though as individual dishes are rather pricy. However combo meals includes everything you need- appetizer, main course, soup, dessert, and drinks.

I've tried a lot of singapore noodles in the city and this is far and beyond the best. Fragrant. Spicy. Great wok hei. Generous meat and veg. This will be my go to from now on ?
