Pizza Hut - Ottawa

Went to have dinner with my son because he really wanted to sit down inside and eat. Waited 45 minutes at least without even being asked what we wanted to drink. Ended up walking out and taking him to McDonald's instead.Take your crust and stuff it.

DROP THE ROOF ! IT TOOK ME FROM 7:09 WHEN MY ORDER WAS CALLED IN, TILL 9:33 TO GET IT?! WAS COLD AND THE NASTINESS PIZZA IVE EVER TASTED. WLD HAVE HAD YER DOOR DASH FELLA COME BACK, BUT MOST LIKELY ONCE AGAIN HE WLDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE HOTEL ! I WAS AT SUPER 8 LAST NIGHT, AND HE WENT TO EVERY HOTEL BUT MINE, THEN BK TO HIS STORE...NEVER EVER WLD I EVEN PAY SOMEONE TO EAT OR ORDER FROM THAT DAMN HUT! LENA RUSSELL

We are back to the quality that we saw in the 1970s.Went there to eat last night. We were the only people in the dining room. The tables are sticky.The waiter was also the cook and disappeared through the whole meal. We had to ask for silverware and no longer provide garlic sauce or beer. At the end of our meal we waited for someone to bring the bill, I finally went up to the front and stood there for several minutes until he came out of the kitchen. Service sucks!!! Won’t be back! I don’t expect this place to be here much longer.

The pizza was hot and fresh. The woman at the drive thru window was very nice and friendly.

Very happy with my visit girl who took my order was very nice and did a good job
