Any time I come here recently my order is wrong one way or another but tonight has me very upset. My fiance and I came in and got dinner for our family and ended up spending $30, we didn 't receive 3 burgers, the only ones we got were made completely wrong, everything was cold and clearly just carelessly thrown in the bag. When my fiance called her exact words were Hello, we can in awhile ago and we just got home and we were checking the food and our order isn 't right before she could finish the young lady on the other end on the phone interrupted her and I didn 't hear exact what she said but the phone called ended with us missing out on $20 worth of our order. It 's absolutely ridiculous that the person claiming to be manager wouldn 't fix an issue caused by their employee. Not to mention the food quality at this location has severely gone down hill. Very disappointed but there 's plenty of other places to go in town. I definitely don 't recommend waiting your time or money on this place

This place is an absolute joke, even the manager is rude and snotty. Your order is RARELY correct if you even get all your food. And if you call and complain they 'll tell you you 're being rude and they cant help you because your attitude I 'm sorry but Hey, I just came in and a lot of my stuff isn 't correct and most of its missing.. before I could even finish what I was saying the manager cut me off and rudly asked what was missing and am I sure. Every time I come here I leave very frustrated with the lack of customer service. I SHOULDNOT LOSE OUT ON MONEY BECAUSE EMPLOYEE MISTAKES. Edit:9/24/23 two days after posting the manager attempted to add me on Facebook and sent me a very nasty message, the only reason why I knew it was her is because is said she was the manager of ottawa McDonald 's on her page. After blocking her a man did the same thing but in his profile it said he was In a relationships with the woman managing this location. This is very childish and frankly embarrassing for them and ALL McDonald 's employees. Harassing a customer how very professional
