Bidrage med feedbackI got here in restaurant and we eat very well (linguine i ricci and one tonno I enjoyed very well… And my girlfriend also eat very well she eat antipasti marinero….and one tonno grilled… service was so good and they are very gentle we will come back again for a good food….thank you
Perfect location in the Historic Center of Otranto. The restaurant is designed with beautiful colors. The owner of the restaurant comes from a family of fishermen and she is so so so pretty and elegant. The food is very good and authentic and they serve the best Limoncello in Puglia.
The algae spaghetti with mussels was fabulous. Unfortunately, my partner’s dish was lackluster and unlike its name “unforgettable” it was best quickly forgotten. The service was the worst we’ve experienced in a long time. First, they brought us the wrong dish. When we sent it back, another person came out to try to convince us we’d ordered what they brought. When they finally brought the dish we ordered there was no word of apology. As we were finishing our food they finally brought the bread that we should have received at the outset; we sent it back. Nevertheless, they had no problem putting full cover charges on our bill and there was no discount for the snafu around our order.
The dishes were tasty, the wine was excellent, but the service and atmosphere was lacking. In such a popular area, they need to do try harder to serve the customers more efficently.
We wanted to eat there because it looked nice but little that we know that we will pay 82€ for 2 pasta aglio e olio, some fried frutti di mare. 1 bottle of water and 2 cokes. Originally ordered pasta con vongole but there were still sand in it. Poorly washed. After calling it out the, I think, owner came to tell us that she is a daughter of a fisher and knows it better. Sand is supposed to look differently she explained. This sounded like a poor excuse to us. She explained to us that the sand are toasted bread crubs. How can toasted bread crumbs be as hard as sand when its soaked in oil? Discredting someone because she is the daughter of a fisher. Totally embarassing. Took too long to make a new one so exchanged it to a plate of fried frutti di mare. Asked for some parsely on my pasta and got none. Portion was very small. Had to get some food afterwards. The black, short haired waitress was really nice and competent. At least someting.
