Bidrage med feedbackWhat a busy little cafe, not surprised though, the food is great from the cabinet to the menu board. My partner got the angus sirloin meal, really, really good it was rare as asked and the salad was beautifully dressed and finally a cafe that doesn't overwhelm a plate with fries. I had the chowder and it was enjoyable. I would recommend.
This is an excellent cafe. Excellent coffee, food and staff very friendly. As far as I am concerned they do one of the best coffees I have had and You should try the cheese gems which is their speciality. Well worth stopping by on the way through Te Horo.
Excellent food and service. So close to State highway 1. Great place to relax, choice of sitting inside or outside. Definitely recommend this Cafe. This Cafe is owner operatered and extremely clean. The service cannot be faulted or the food. Teh menu offers something for everyone.
The cafe recently opened for dinner, just for the one night. and what a night it was. Food was fantastic as was the ambience and the one man band. This cafe makes the best coffee around and there is always a friendly smile and great service. Thanks and keep up the good work :
The little cafe that could... and the recently revamped cafe at Te Horo still does!<br/ <br/ Hospitality is: customer satisfaction, friendly efficient service, great food and ambience. Cafe Te Horo has all this and most cafes in the Otaki area should take note of this pleasant little cafe!<br/ <br/ While the slightly drab surroundings of the Hyde Park Museum don't do this little cafe justice, it makes it up in truckloads with wonderful [well priced] food, friendly service, interesting wine list. With relaxing cafe music it creates a French ambience style cafe in the heart of Te Horo.<br/ <br/ Chicken Leek Pie delicious! And the idea of the Liver Bacon on mash had our mouths watering...<br/ <br/ Well worth a visit to sample the fare and enjoy the Te Horo sunshine on the little sunny verandah.<br/ <br/ As a local, it appears that no other cafes in the Otaki area seem to appreciate that that the customer is their most important asset along with the [very few] staff.<br/ <br/ So fantastic work, Cafe Te Horo, for showing Otaki the meaning of hospitality!
