Olive Garden - Oswego

Gnocchi soup was completely cold and lumpy when received. Calamari was completely soggy. What happened to the calamari? It was delicious years ago. Complete downgrade. Server made it right but please do some quality control before issuing out the food. I hate to complain but what can I do when im put in this situation?

Had a great time with My mom and aunt. The server was very attentive and the food was perfect. Places like this I expect to taste the same everywhere, so it's a solid choice. I live far from Oswago and didn't want to go to try a new place and have a bad experience. We had a great time, great food, and drinks.

Beatiful Inside, clean and welcoming! The food is delicious everything is fresh .

Like any Olive Garden franchise, this place lived up to its expectation. Quick service, attentive server. We had the Minestrone soup, cheese ravioli and eggplant Parmesan. Everything was delicious, came out quickly and server was kind enough to refill our bread. Quantity is a lot between 2 people and we had to pack it. Overall it was wonderful experience for the price.

Worst service. Our waiter said we would have two servers since we were a large group ..he lied ..forgot half the things we asked for and we had to keep reinding him for everything twice or even 3 times ..just awful. He brought us the wong drinks and then took very long to bring food ..some of us were eating before the others. And lets not even talk about how our table was full of dirty plates.
