Le Carrube - OSTUNI

The restaurant was the biggest disappointment of our stay at this beautiful hotel. The dinner menu is a set vegetarian menu which was oddly very heavy on cheese and fried things and light on fresh vegetables. The service was not good at all: we waited ages between dishes, there was an inadequate number of waitstaff who were very stressed. We only ate there once in a week long stay.

Beautiful vegan or vegetarian tasting menu in stunning surroundings. We stumbled across this place by chance and booked the very reasonably priced tasting menu (they only do tasting menus from what we could tell). One of us was vegan and the other vegetarian. We were ushered into a beautiful room and the service attentive and food delicious.
