I'm giving one star because it's impossible to give zero. Long waiting times for the order and for cleaning the table. Staff not very courteous and very arrogant towards customers. Never to go back again.

The municipality of Ostuni should remove the license from this bar because it does not give good publicity to the city and to the entire catering sector of the beautiful White City... furthermore the competent authorities should carry out some visits or inspections as in the aforementioned activity many regulations on trade are not respected (price display and payment with the POS)... The owner should learn how to deal with the public... I see her as quite nervous and rude... the excuse of the line not working with the POS, how many more years will she have to use it for? We are at the gates of 2024...catch up!...not to mention having denied the use of the bathroom to a group of customers who had obviously regularly consumed...ah...very bad products anyway.

Terrible experience place to avoid. Rude staff.. at the time of payment strangely POS broken without any sign being displayed. After I pointed out that it wasn't in order, I was met with harsh words.
