Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant has fantastic service and a stylish atmosphere. However, it seemed a bit short-staffed as they were unable to clean up after messy customers.
I always find that this restaurant is constantly running out of ingredients, yet they still manage to confirm your order. If you want a refund, you have to physically go into the store to receive a gift card, which can be quite inconvenient. Overall, it feels like a waste of time. Update as of June 28th: Despite being promised a call from the owner to send a gift card (as the employee was unable to process refunds and had to write out my order for the boss), I never received a call and my money has not been returned to my account.
A very disappointing experience is to be had from this subwaythe prices are shocking for such a small town, making me feel as if I'm at a Seattle location instead.it's evident, like another reviewer said, the owner is money hungry and doesn't seem to care much about either the customer or the employeesI'd rather visit the Omak subway than this one
Honestly I love subway. But I don't like the people who run this particular subway. Putting newer employees (or any employees) underneath you, far enough that you treat them horribly in front of customers is one of the telltale signs that a business is being run by someone money hungry. Morally, I would never EVER go here again.Employees are working with you, to help create and grow your business. Treating them like trash just shows how little you care about your business's ethics, and how much you care about the money.It's no secret that it's hard to find a job in the area.... I get it. But this is the reason places like this subway go into the ground, as much as it would be horrible to lose another place to eat, I hope this place does run out of business.
Wow... just, wow. If I could leave 0 stars for today 's experience, I would. I really like supporting small businesses, especially in Tonasket but it 's been a while since we have gone to this Subway because our last few visits have been just awful... but we were craving it and didn 't feel like cooking after a long day at work. I placed an order online which was simple enough but when I went to use a coupon I received in the mail this week, I was told this location doesn 't honor that promotion... ok, whatever, we decided to order anyway and pay full price, which was way too high considering the rest of my experience. When I got to the store 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, it wasn 't. The girl running the counter was surprisingly rude about it. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by even placing an online order. Then to top it off I was charged for extra items they didn 't even have available. The bread was burnt before they even toasted it. And they were out of almost all of the vegetables so I received a sandwich with 2 of the 6 veggies I ordered (one being avocado that I paid extra for and didn 't get) my husband got 3 of the 5 veggies he ordered and the veggies we did get were wilted and mushy. The girl working didn 't seem to care enough to even tell us that the vegetables weren 't available. I had to ask and she said what you see is what you get ... honestly that was appalling to hear considering I just paid well over $30 for two sandwiches and a couple cookies... and they charged me for 2 cookies online but didn 't have the flavors I ordered available so she wasn 't even going to include them at all! She omitted all the things they didn 't have available without even saying anything until I asked why. I wish I could 've just canceled my order and gone to the taco truck, but they already had my money so I was stuck taking the poor excuses for sandwiches I was given. I ended up having to make dinner at home after all. I 'm severely disappointed with this visit and we won 't be going back anytime soon.
