Special sushi restaurant with creative kinds of sushi. Very nice interior. Theu specialie in braising the fish that goes on the sushi.

What a fantastic experience! We found this place by accident while walking past. Decided to return for dinner after checking the menu. The sushi was top notch, reliable, fresh, tasty, and super enjoyable. The wines are all sustainably produced, and really creative wine list to match with the food. We were really impressed with the attention by the serving staff, and the place had a full complement of diners when we were there a real signal of the local support for this restaurant. Take the time to find these folks, you will be rewarded

My favorite sushi finally in Oslo! Great selection of vegan options which are all SUPER delicious<3 Try also exotic Baltic Nigiri! Sushibar+Wine also makes collaboration with WWF and their seafood are all MSC or ASC certified which means they are from sustainable fish stocks!
