Baker Hansen - Oslo

I was nervous here just because it is a small space, was super busy, and there is a lot of non GF bread floating around. Wait staff kindly reassured me they would prepare my sandwich on a clean surface with dedicated utensils. Did not get sick and sandwich was very good. FYI not much room to sit inside but you can grab a bench in the public park area right outside of the weather is nice

Gluten free cinnamon bun and gf and df cookie both excellent highly recommended, muffins etc also available

Wonderful cafe, super easy with coeliac. I had a sunflower seed roll with fillings of your choice, and also took a loaf of bread and cinnamon roll to go. They are knowledgeable with coeliac and prepare GF food in a different area.

The best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! Although the bakery is not exclusively gluten free, they take cross contamination very seriously.

What a wonderfull bakery great cinamon buns! Also the bread sooo tasty! The prepared sandwiches fresh en good take care off affoiding cross contamination.
