The Keg Steakhouse Richmond Hill

We went to the first dinner of 2022. although the price was high, we really enjoyed the environment and service. Sierra was so nice and she took care of us. the classic steak has a big part and we almost couldn't finish!

Haven't been to the keg in ages. Sat inside but the outdoor patio looks amazing. They were really good with covid restrictions and spacing people out. Service was really good. I had the prime rib with double baked potato. So good. Prime rib was tender and tasty. Dessert was awesome. Was so full when we left.

Haven't been back to this location in about 8 years. The place was quite packed. We were seated quite quickly since we had a reservation. The menu hasn't changed that much over the years. The steaks and sides are still good, maybe a tad on the salty side, but still great. The tuna tartare was a little disappointing, there was too much sauce, and overwhelmed the freshness of the tuna. Our server was great, made sure we were good and checked in often. If I could choose, I wouldn't have preferred the cheesecake. It wasn't much better than the ones you can get from the supermarket.

Went for my birthday! It was very tasty, and our server was wonderful! Super polite and friendly! However, the prices are super high... Food was very good! This is one of those restaurants you visit once every year or so...

Have dined here on many occasion and normally this location is great with good service, good food and and overall great dining experience but when we went on March 5th it wasn’t what we have come to expect. Issues: Martini glass had old lipstick on the rim, not great in this day and age of Covid. We were given a new martini in a clean glass but…gross Orders were wrong. Prime rib came medium rare when asked for medium, was given mashed potato when asked for baked potato. Rectified when we told the server. The creme brûlée was water. Once the top was broken it was basically liquid creme. They brought us another but it was the same issue. They didn’t charge us for this but it would have would have been nice to have an actual dessert. Our other dishes were good and our party of 4 still enjoyed our time together because it had been sooo long since the last time we were able to do anything social. It just would have been even better without the issues we encountered. We understand times have been tough especially for the restaurant industry so hopefully this is an isolated incident because we really love the Keg and want to continue to support local businesses so we will come back again. Fingers crossed by that time things will be better at this location.
