Pizza Nova - Oshawa

Ordered a 4 topping medium pizza about 5 minutes from the place of delivery. the pizza was cold. husband had paid for it and we sent it back. in demand orginal after made easy and the cheese was hardly melted. they called customer service and said we should. keep the pizza and they would regain it. I asked if I wanted the old pizza with the new pizza or a $5.00 loan from the next pizza. wait after 45 minutes on Thursday night, you have to sweat. they suggested to warm up the cold pizza in a lot. If I wanted to do this, I could buy frozen pizza. Finally, the customer service said that the new pizza would be made new and gave a loan for the next time we ordered. the same pizza we sent back was obviously rearmed and sent back, no new day on the box. it came warm and cooked more. they thought we didn't notice it. how could they not notice when the speck was slappy and at the same places as the first pizza. the pupil driver broke the 2nd pizza and took off as a hit from the hell! that was our favorite place for pizza and most of the time we pick up, and the pizza is hot when we get home. never had a problem in the past with the delivery that we sometimes order, it was always hot. pity on management that their customers do not notice. for $25.00 for a medium 4 topping pizza, their actions speak louder then words.

For taking pizza is this place very good. price is excellent. 10 times last year here and always good

Pizza Nova delivered a party pizza with the box folded in half, all the toppings and cheese stuck to the box and 8 dollars more expensive than the last pizza we ordered which was identical. The manager offered me a deal for my future orders...but reneged on the deal the next time I tried to order. I told the manager that I would be posting something on Facebook which he than laughed at me and said Good luck with that . Terrible customer service. A 5 year old would have dealt with that better!! He has lost a loyal customer. If I could have rated this zero out of five I would have.

The guys working the oven there provide a reliable service that has yet to go wrong for me. There really is nothing exceptional about the food other than it is always exactly what was ordered and the same. Never had a late order yet either....Consistent, reliable, and average are a very good description of this location.

Really great pizza, loads of toppings to choose from. Always hot and freshly made, nice crust not processed. You can thin or thick crust. Great service. Lots of other nice things on the menu as well.
