Mcdonald's - Oshawa

I have been visiting this location for over 15 years now, and unfortunately, it seems to be declining. The manager in the afternoons can often be heard yelling at employees, making the atmosphere unpleasant. Ordering can be a bit of a hassle, unless you use the self-serve kiosks. There are many employees walking around, which can make things chaotic. Orders are frequently wrong and take a long time to be fulfilled. It's a shame, as this used to be a great spot for a quick meal, but now it's not as good. Make sure to allow plenty of time as there may be a wait. The cleanliness of the restaurant could also be improved, as there were fruit flies on the ketchup dispenser and house flies buzzing around during my last visit. The floors were dirty and the washroom had a bad smell. This is just my honest opinion, others may have had better experiences. Personally, I only visit this place if I have to.

We ordered 3 combos, and the courier only dropped off the drinks and the wrong flurry. We re-ordered and items were still missing. Ffs

We went to this McDonald’s for breakfast this morning and when we went in we were greeted right away! We ordered our food, my son was pointing at the donuts… the gentleman serving us gave him one for free after we paid for our food! So kind! He even brought our food to the table for us! Overall very nice experience!

The ice cream machine at this restaurant closes early often. I am writing this review to bring attention to this recurring issue.

I ordered four meals and an additional junior chicken, which should have been simple. However, I had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes and when I got home, two burgers were missing. Both chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the bacon was burnt. One of the chicken sandwiches was not spicy like I had ordered. I didn't receive a receipt to go back and get the missing items. I haven't been to McDonald's in years because of experiences like this and I won't be returning. This restaurant is now banned for my family.
