Wings Etc. - Osceola

Edited to add that management has reached out and the situation has been resolved. Looking forward to enjoying our many more meals here. We have also rented the basement before! Gray little place for a private gathering! We 've had mostly decent experiences here but recently had an uncomfortable situation where another customer walked over to our table and threatened us. He was clearly drunk and continued to talk about us to the other people at the bar. Management was made aware of the issue but they let him stay and kept serving him until we finally became uncomfortable enough to leave. Over a week ago I emailed the email address that I found in another review where Wings Etc responded to another review and asked them to email. I wanted to address this privately as we have had several good experiences as opposed to this one really crummy one, but no one has responded to my email.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The waitress was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am not a big fan of wings, but my wife loves them. That being said, these wings were pretty good. Unfortunately, the service made this visit less than enjoyable. Our iced tea was served with almost no ice, and our waitress forgot our curly fries. Twice! My wife finally had to get up and find the waitress to remind her. I have had more enjoyable visits there, but this one was a clunker. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
