Bed bugs! Private pool not working. 8966 cat palm. I have bites all over.

We booked this place from 8/29-9/5. Upon arrival the a/c didn’t work. The first clear day of weather the person that booked and paid for our resort was denied entry to the pool because the host forgot to put her name on the list. The front desk person told us to contact our host and they’ll respond asap. We called the host 6-8 times and got no response. When we had issues with a/c it took them nearly 10 hours to get back to us. Plus the fridge was leaking water and the back door wouldn’t lock. All it took was for somebody to shake the back door and it unlocks

We rented a townhouse here. We had a reserved parking. The house was not really clean, but not terribly bad. It had all the necessities, including laundry and dishwasher. Liked to have a small private pool at our patio. Condominium had a really nice club house with a convenience store, cinema and gym. Also you can play tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. Great family pool and even hot spa jacuzzi. Also, there is a bar with drinks and food at the pool, but it's not included. You are not allowed to bring your food and drinks to the pool, so keep it in mind. There is a pond where you can do fishing and a little conservation area with a trail, a really nice one. All in all, we had a really nice impression.

Linda is the property manager. We checked in on yesterday and have not received any assistance. I have asked for a call from the Property Manager, but apparently she could care less that we have no access to internet service. We are able to do any remote work, the tv’s have no cable only streaming apps which we can’t access due to internet problems. We have been told for 24 hours now, that Linda is waiting for feedback from the internet provider? Do not book here!!!
