Bidrage med feedbackWe believed in this aesthetically designed restaurant during skiing in the direction of val d’Anna. it is also accessible by car. we had venison burger and fresh local asparagus with a good glass wine to lunch. the interesting menu brings us back definitiw.
We had a good late lunch after the early ski, the pasta with truffle was very tasty, so were the salads and great creative hamburger. excellent wine. very friendly service and the last short way to the end of the piste is very easy, they can also...there are with the car. go there also in the evening, they have just made a stylish alpine interieur last year
We found this place randomly and kept on the hang to lunch. in this renovated building house with a reconstructed pre-modern kitchen we discovered wonderful food, wonderful service and very friendly and helpful staff. we returned as a group to dinner and found. even an extensive wine list. I have to admit- I think I liked the lunch menu even better than the dinner menu that was great. eating was creatiw, very well presented and based on local products and traditions. there was a court rissoto in the pea sauce. the brot was baked there clearly and they didn't even click on it. the butter. the whole experience was wonderful, the hardest part found the place with the car, and later it left! three cars stayed light, but the fourth, our van managed to find the only black ice on the parking lot and needed the services of the staff who came out very helpful helped with instructions and autobahn salt to make the van safe. if everyone were resturant, we would never cook except for pleasure! if everyone like the personal here the world would be a better place.
The La Longia ski run has the more touted Val d'Anna just a short distance beyond this restaurant, so many might already have that pre-set as their destination. Certainly it is bigger and has lots of appealing outdoor sitting, but Costamula Is worth setting as...your destination too. It is smaller than Val d'Anna and comes at you with little advance notice as you shoot through a bend in the run, so keep an eye out for it! The moderately sized outdoor patio has picnic tables with benches and a few chairs, set beside a modest-looking farmhouse. The view cannot compete with a restaurant above on the Fermeda plateau, but the setting is nice nonetheless. The food was the most worthy note. The menu has good variety, with some interesting unusual items. Our orders included grilled mountain cheese, which came in a good sized wedge that had been grilled standing on its wide end, making the cheese melt inside the rind very interesting look and taste. We also had a plate of fried potato flour puffs think pizza puff size and shape but basically a different take on a french fry served with a good small fondue dip and a tasty horseradish dip. The soup of the day (a cream base with sausage and leek) got great reviews too. We were all very pleased. The service was also excellent. I am sure Val d'Anna deserves its plaudits, but Costamula deserves recognition too.
We ate here the night after going to the Anna Stuben (which was very disappointing). This restaurant was miles better. I wouldn’t give the Anna Stuben a Michelin star which it has) but I would give this restaurant one. Service was unpretentious and friendly....Apparently the chef is in his early impressive
