Wendy's - Oroville

We went at night after a concert and there was only 1 car plus us in the drive thru. We ordered 2 different combos and a single burger. They charged us for 2 of the same combos which were $15 each so they gave us our money in cash to pay the difference. Then got out of the drive thru and realized they didnt put the single burger in. I had to walk back up to the window where we picked up our food from and they gave it to me. Not a good experience at leasr that time of night!

It's Wendy's, It's a good quality Wendy's. My issue is the obsession with breakfast? why do I have to wait till 11 to eat the food I want to eat? I don't want any breakfast food in the morning. Sugar and eggs and sausage sound disgusting to me and them not having any options for people who hate breakfast makes me upset. I know it's.not this Wendy's fault. The honey butter chicken biscuit was pretty good at least

It use to take around 20 minutes to receive a single item, now half that or less.

I'm advising you guys to not go there,I've recently worked there and it was very stressful. It's not even worth going there and spending your money there.The service is very slow there are rats and mice there and the GM wasn't really on top of it and also doesn't really do a good job of managing the store.
