Riverside Lanes Coffee Shop - Orofino

My wife and I took the grandkids to eat dinner tonight and we are so very sad to say it was absolutely horrible. the service was unprofessional and the cashier was downright rude. myself and the kids got burgers and fries and my wife got the chili burger and asked for tots. well all of the buns were burned on the burgers and the patties were over cooked and dry as a bone, my wife got the worst of it all..the buns were like rubber due to them microwaving the chili that was poured out of the can right on to her plate , we watched all. then they brought it to her cold still and forgot to add cheese so she had to ask for her cheese and onions and she never did get her tots either. when we asked the waitress for our cheese and onions she rolled her eyes and complained and we paid 2 bucks for fry sauce and she never brought it so I had to go ask for it and she was not happy to be bothered. it's so sad because Robert took such pride in everything he did and the riverside lanes has been iconic for amazing food and friendly service, now it's all gone. so sad to say we will not go back.

Awesome food. I would absolutely recommend this place to eat. Today's special was a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with tots or fries and medium drink all under $12.

Absolutely the best family friendly atmosphere! We always forget how fun bowling and a burger can be on a day like today. Thank you to the great staff for being so welcoming and helpful!!

Traveling through and our motel recommended Riverside for hamburgers. We both had cheeseburgers with tots and fries. They were wonderful. Definitely a great burger ????. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Up date: we ended up coming back to Orofino for a night and went to eat burgers again. Still great!!
