Broadway's Bar and Grill - Orleans

We are a big fan of this place to the breakfast. the staff is always very pleasant and eating is great. but for the first time we tried to get us. 1 order of their famous breakfast cakes. almost 9 dollars. I couldn't believe it when I came home. the world is going crazy, and until we stop talking these silly prizes, it just gets worse. so disappointed

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The portions were small and the Caesar salad was overly salty. The club sandwich was soggy and burnt, with the bread being black. The smoked meat sandwich lacked any other fillings besides meat and had no sauce or dressing. The smoothie we ordered had unmixed pieces in it. Overall, it was a waste of money and we would not recommend dining here again. It seemed like the food preparation lacked care. We will not be returning.

We went for lunch and were given a breakfast menu. The server took our order and brought coffee, but no creamers were provided so we had to find them ourselves. The coffee was only warm. The food came on time and was delicious. When we asked for a coffee refill, we waited for over 15 minutes before the server returned with more coffee, even though it wasn't a busy time. Overall, it was not the best experience on Broadway. I would prefer to visit other places and will not be returning.

I wish I could give this restaurant ZERO stars. Another ski/resort restaurant disappointment. The restaurant failed to check our order for missing items. The delivery driver seems incompetent. When called, the restaurant refused to take any precautions to rectify the missing order. We will never return to this restaurant on Broadway. I have also uninstalled their food delivery app due to constant failures. Their customer service is garbage.

Hailey our waitress was awesome. The food quality and quantity however was very disappointing. There was 2 slabs of smoked meat on our sandwich, I had to add the mustard. Not a manager in site. Won't be returning to this location. The zucchini sticks were tiny overcooked.
