Bidrage med feedbackVisiting from New Hampshire with my family just went the tropical smoothie at Vineland Ave the owner was awesome made all of our food and smoothies in great time. Working his butt off all by himself and doing a great job, another great experience at a tropical smoothie.
The smoothie was great. The staff seemed very indifferent.
This place sucks. I placed a mobile order thinking they would be OPEN and the OPENER would have shown up for work. Nobody showed up and I was left at the front freaking door without my food. I spent $17 on an order I didn't receive. I placed the order at 7 am when the stores supposed to open. It's 7:10 nobody has shown up to work. I guess people don't wanna work these days. Update I canceled the order thinking that would work! NOPE! I didn't get my money back. Pretty sure this company just STOLE from me. Absolutely furious. Zero product. I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever. I better get my money back. I hope that person was fired!
Closed an hour early on a Saturday. Placed an online order and arrived at 8:20pm. Store is supposed to close at 9pm. Printed on door hours, and online hours all say 9pm close time.Upon arrival at 8:20, chairs were up, lights were off, and doors were locked.Called customer service (as the store closed early so i could not contact manager), and am NOT guaranteed a refund. Not sure why this location chooses not to follow posted hours and routinely close an hour early- let alone still accepting the online orders, essentially stealing money.Must be this location management- never had these issues at other locations. Don’t come to this location if you want service.
I have been to numerous TS in different cities and states. I have never had any issues. On a recent trip, I went to this location and my experience was terrible from customer service and food quality. I put in an online order around 7:15 pm. The food was suppose to be ready around 7:25 and I arrived TS around 7:35. Before I walked in, I wasn't sure if this was open because most of the lights were off. I walked to the pickup shelf and the 3 smoothies I ordered where there. The quesadilla wrap I ordered were no where to be found. After a few minutes, I asked the 4 TS employees who were sitting at a table playing on their phones if my wrap quesadilla were still cooking. One employee got up and said that he thinks the kitchen is closed and a refund could be issued but he will go check with the manager. The manager came out and said that he could make the food and it would only take 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later, I got my food. While I waited several customers walked in and they were told the kitchen was closed so they could only buy snacks. I asked the employee what time the place closed and he said 8. I was a bit confused because on the TS app and Google it says it closes at 9pm.When I got to my hotel, the quesadilla was fine and the wrap was flattened and burnt. I don't know if flattened burnt wraps are the new way but I prefer the old way.Short of it, avoid this location until they can bring it up to standard.
