Shake Shack - Orlando

This is my favorite go to place for great burgers and they prepare everything some perfectly! Also that side of cheese is too fire!

The sand was delicious. I expected more from the chjese White Truffle Parmesan Fries because all I tasted was parmesan sprinkles. The Hand-Spun Shakes  was not filled up to the top.

As an entrepreneur, I am disappointed here about my experience. When I came in, one of the workers asked: “We are open?” and another said repeatedly in a silly accent “will they like water?. very childish workers who should not work that care little. one of them decided to go outside the restaurants and dance in front of the glass while I go to my eating. to my next point, it took for 2 burgers and an order of fries too long. I guess it's good to eat fries out of the kocher, very unlived. Finally, the 2 burgers I got were obviously not well cooked and very pink – directly to the müll. This location must have a better management when it comes to picking employees, monitoring quality control and employee behavior. when they act on these wise childish and talk to customers, there are other people who need a job seriously to support their families. beautiful that I was not an undercover boss who made an surprise visit – because the dinge would change definitiw.

This place is great for food. However as an employee I have never had such a worst experience, management and coworkers are very childish. Also HR payroll distributes checks very late so if you thought you was getting paid two days earlier because you have chime or cash app, your sadly mistaken. This particular shake shack need to have a pop up investigation by the CEO. This is a terrible job also they don’t pay enough, the starting pay at this location is cheaper then any other shack shake in Orlando. If you consider working here here’s a heads up before hand, do not do it.

Burger was pretty good. Oreo-funnel shake was a meal in itself and very delicious. Fries were just decent, nothing special. Prices are fair for the quality and location.
