Ny Giant Pizza - Orlando

Used to love this place. This was until I spoke with the owner. Extremely unprofessional and even lied to me. I called for a buy 1 get 1 deal. 1st, he said they no longer do it and haven't done it for months when I had just bought it less than 3 weeks ago. Then he changed his mind and said I needed to call before 10p and I called at 10:05p. I told him I had just gotten out of work. Can he just do it this time, and he just hung up. I won't support places like this. Typically, I've dealt with his daughter, and she's awesome, but man, this dude is rude. Love the pizza, but i won't support rude unprofessional people, especially when it's the owner.

I originally ordered from this spot via phone. Eventually I went in person and let me tell you. If you from NYC and you moved to this area recently and been feeling a little homesick, I HIGHLY recommend coming in person to this spot. For me it was like walking into a Time Machine of my old block. The smells, the aesthetic, the subway map being posted in the wall, the eating area set up, the posted photos on the counter, the mounted TV by the entrance, the table with the seasonings, even the bathroom matters in this review. My brain soaked it all and it felt like I was down the block from my old place. I was hit with the HIGHEST LEVEL OF NOSTALGIA I’ve had since leaving the city. The pizza I ordered was great, I love that the owners are from the city too. For me it hit every nostalgic checklist point. The next time I order, I 1000% look forward to walking in and grabbing my order and know that I’ll be comforted by simply walking in there. I was so comfortable and in my element being I there. I HIGHLY recommend the food from here. ? Parking: I saw signs for PARKING IN GHE BACK if the front happens to be full.
