Bidrage med feedbackI use to go to a lot of these type restaurants when I lived in Japan. This restaurant is identical to those I'm accustomed to in Japan. Yes it's pricey but for all you can consume it's great. All the meats are great and the garlic fried rice is to die for.
3of my friends and I got the 4 people special which came with soup for everyone, 2 large salads Kimchi, fried chicken and about 12 different meats and s’mores. The price was roughly 40 per person and was definitely worth it! A great experience for sure! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Japanese BBQ Beef

Excellent quality and service!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Wagyu Beef, Garlic Fried Rice, Mochi Ice Cream, Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage, Gyu-Kaku Salad, Steak
As an all you can eat in an hour an a half, Gyu-Kaku is an interesting place. It's not fully just Japanese but also generalized Asian foods. The main focus is the grill and that sits right in front of you. (Obviously) but what also is center stage here is the quality of the meat on said grill. And I think this could be the best quality meat yet for this type of place. Marbling on the meat is perfect. The cut of the meats are great and since you do the cooking, it's your fault of the steak is hard as a rock. The sides aren't generic after thoughts as well. They plaza flavor, they add textures, and they add depth to the meal. Something crunchy with the softer meats? Got it! Something vinegary with a fatty meat? Got it! Even the cheese corn side dish is a delight. It does seem that dessert is an after thought but what do you expect? You spend time filling up on fatty, savory, melt in your mouth calories so who really has time for dinner when you can just order more meat? If you have the funds, (the prices can be steep for two people) then I do cautiously suggest this place. Why cautiously? Because there are a growing number of places that are doing this type of food and so far, this is the best but they know it and they charge accordingly
