City Pub - Orlando

I celebrated my birthday last Saturday and it was a great experience! note 10 for the participant and eating. pets also appreciate the affection.

It was so cold outside and they left the door open and so it was hard to enjoy brunch while they freeze. service was also not good and it was not busy. that was delicious.

I went early so my experience was very nice. Sat outside for awhile before other customers came outside to the patio area. When it started to rain, the hostess came out quickly to assist me move the table out the wet area.

Food was good. It was weird coming in at 7pm on a Friday night and the place was empty except for a few at the bar. We began wondering if this was a bad place. Food was very good but it took an hour to get our food, which was puzzling since virtually no one else was there. Server was nice, though. By the time we left about 5 tables were seated. Would come back for food but not sure because of slow service time. Another thing that was unusual was that when we got our check it had a 18% gratuity already added on even though we were just a party of 4. I’m used to that with large parties but this was a surprise.

Reservation was made for a party of 7. Had to be sat outside while it was freezing cold. The outdoor ceiling fans were on full blast. We asked to turn them off, they said ok… then never turned off. We asked for a cup of coffee. Waiter brought it out in a tall styrofoam to-go cup. He said “It’s the bottom of the pot, let me know if it tastes ok so if not I can brew a new pot.” Really?!?!? Got up, offered to pay for coffee, and left!
