Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

Very understaffed, and it didn?t help that the staff present was working in slow motion. I waited in the line for 18 minutes when there was only 2 people in front of me. After I got my food, a couple minutes went by while I was eating and the line was out the door. Then their computer system shut down I believe and they had to tell the whole line to leave. There was a lady who went into the restaurant the same second as I did. She had an online order. Once I was done eating, she was still waiting for her online order. She was waiting for more than 30 min. I was there around 3pm, every chipotle I go to around this time is empty because the staff is able to manage the line reasonably around this time. It?s ridiculous, avoid this chipotle location at all costs.

Good food with and affordable price. There are plenty of options and they are, in general, heathy. This unit only need to improve the cleanliness.

The smallest portions I?ve ever seen. We ordered 2 burritos and one quesadilla order and they were all baby sized food. The burritos had hardly any filling at all, one of them we ordered to be double wrapped in another tortilla, so they decided that they could get away with filling it with less fillings because the extra tortilla makes it look thicker. The other burrito was just absolutely tiny, smaller than a potato. Then the quesadilla was half the portion it should be, we?ve had this before from chipotle many times and it was much larger. Spent 50$ and now are just as hungry as we were before. I never write reviews but my family is forcing me to because they?re livid lol

This bad review is really on management if you have an empty line and no one in the store how come your employees are not helping your pickup orders which were backed up? Just lowered my review to a one star because after waiting on additional 10 minutes for my food everything was cold which is unacceptable and the items were wrong.

Two out of three of the burritos were fine. Cold but fine. The one burrito that had asked for no sour cream had gotten sour cream, corn, and lettuce (none of that were asked for) there was no queso or extra meat. I could not eat the burrito. Doordash didnt even refund the whole burrito only $5 when the burrito itself was 18.
