All my food was smashed into a bag, so guess what frits were from the box and I ordered frits and cheese sticks, but instead of cheese sticks I got another order of frits. RIDICULOUS...

I had to close until they had a working toilet room, I was literally pulled out of the bathroom by an employee who told me I couldn't use the toilet room because he used it and it was just for employees, but the door was wide open... I will call the company to take further action, then when I tried to ask the management, they ignored me and told me they wouldn't help me.... close this place until you can provide a public toilet. I just want to say that was a happy accident. the small machine came to take my order. was not a real person and I said no pickles on my burger. I hate pickles. the amazing sweet lady in the window gave me my food, I ate it and felt something different. I went to the last bite before I opened the sandwich, and bam, pickle. I know it was an automated machine and not the fault of the staff, but I ate anyway my burger and it was delicious. that's the second time that I came to checkers and for the first time eat a burger with pickles on it. you ruined me. but good wise. her personal is amazing!
