Panera Bread - Orland Park

Visited this location yesterday for lunch w/my parents. My mom goes there also for a loaf of their amazing tomato basil bread. She ordered a loaf when we we're ordering our lunch, but the cashier saw that they were all out. After the meal, I went up to thank the manager Jenn and tell her we enjoyed our lunches, but we would have to come back for a loaf of that tomato basil bread. She said, I'm going to check in back I don't think we're out. Would you know, she came up with a fresh loaf for us! We always have a great experience at Panera. Can't wait to return. First time there. Love it! The soup was delightful and the people working there had an excellent costumer service actitude.

Was as always so nice. Have been in for years!!! Also a great visit spot alone, or with lovedones. Good managers now. Hope they stay. Coy was so pleasant to me. Had her up at register before nice!!! Old school polite..

The associates named Kobe and Leo are excellent workers they made sure my food was 100% accurate and delicious. I’ll surely come back. They deserve raises and management positions
