Bidrage med feedbackLove McAllisters, esp. the one in Frankfort! But Orland? Not so much! Ordered curbside. No one came out with it! Called twice no one answered! Went in to pick it up, not ready, not even started. I know places are short staffed, but they were NOT busy atall. The girl working the front was very sweet and apologetic. This is a management issue!
Service is always great! the ultimate nachos are AMAZING .. we tried the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and the black angus club both were so good, the chicken salad is flavorful and the perfect amount of stuff added to it!! def try new thingsevery time you go here u wont be dissatisfied
I love Spicy Turkey Melt. It's a great combination for a sandwich. Normally, I don't grab dessert, but I had the new carrot cake this time. Can you say scrumptious to the last bit?!?! It was a pretty decent size as well. I was about to share with fourpeople.
Stopped in for a salad for lunch. The workers were very pleasant and good at their jobs. They had things working very efficiently. And my food was great.
We have visited other McAlister?s Deli in the past and have had good food and clean facilities. This Orland Park location is not like the others. First, most of the tables were dirty including the floors. When at the counter to order our food there wasanother person next to us trying to sell her homemade salads to this stores Manager. Apparently she doesn?t know how franchisebusinesses operate. This sales pitch that went on for a while at the counter was so distracting we couldn?t concentrate onordering our food and the paying customers had to wait it out. The Manager should have put an end to it, ask her to leave andfocus on ?customers?. Ordered the Black Angus sandwich. The meat was so fatty you just couldn?t chew it. Not edible and Poorquality meats here. To top it off, an employee working the counter, behind the counter, kept using his bare hands for a deepscrubbing of his apparently itchy scalp and swinging his hair around. Then proceeded back to working the counter serving food.Never again.
